At the August 7, 2021 Board of Trustees meeting the Board unanimously approved a resolution to require all rental dwellings to acquire a rental permit from the SLI.  This requirement is for any property rented for a fee even if it is only for one day during the year.  This is an annual permit required beginning January 1, 2022 and will have an annual $500 fee.  Click HERE to find the change in our Handbook.

Thanks to an anonymous donor there was no cost to the SLI residents for the actual construction of the new basketball/pickleball court. Thank you to our wonderful volunteers who continue to make  improvements to the park.
